The Tosumi system is owned by Rothana Heavy Engineering, and it is here that the great trans-stellar corporation builds military equipment for both the Imperial Army and the Imperial Navy. Once, the rocky planets and the moons, except for Tekla and its moon, were large scale mines, however, like so many others, they have long since played out. The Planet Sirra was once a lush, green world, but centuries of unregulated industry have destroyed the world, leaving it a dry, poisoned husk. Now, the remaining population of the world is made up of technicians, living in sealed habitats, who tend the droids and automated production lines. Like much of the Kanzi Sector, these production lines are out of date, but still produce potent weapons. The production lines churn out AT-TE and SPHA-T walkers of clone war vintage and the only slightly newer AT-DP walkers. Another 900,000 people live and work on the 100 orbital graving docks. While capable of building many types of craft, the Tosumi dockyards are currently under contract to the Imperial Navy to build Contentor-Class fleet replenishment ships for several dozen sectors across the Colonies and Expansion regions. Each dock takes about 6 months to turn out a Contentor, meaning that 200 of these vital support ships are produced by the Tosumi dockyards each year. It is the very lack of these types of vessels that will so hamper the Rebel Fleet in years to come.
