Carriers during the incubation period are still highly contagious despite not evidencing symptoms of the disease. The Grey Death has an abnormally high lethality rating amongst unprotected populations. Spacers are absolutely prohibited from approaching the planet. The Imperial Navy blockade will fire upon and destroy any vessel approaching within 25 spatial units of the planet. Transition of the outer system for use of the hyperlanes is allowed at this time.
