This system contains only two planets, a dense, very large, heavy gravity planet close enough to the star that in some distant past a massive flare reached out and stripped it of its atmosphere. This would be a very uncomfortable planet to live upon. The outer ice planet has supplies of water and hydrocarbons that could be mined, however, the lack of any other useful planets makes this unlikely. The two moons of this planet are typical airless moons. They probably have resources that could be extracted; however, the same lack of economic feasibility makes this an unlikely outcome.
