Reggie Penderal (a.k.a. Juice)

Reggie is a lifelong pilot. When he turned 18 he joined the Republic Navy and before he turned 20 he was one of the best fighter pilots in the Third Fleet. Despite his skill the next four years of non-stop combat missions took their toll. Shortly before the war ended he was in a dogfight that resulted in him ejecting from his fighter. He spent almost three days in his escape pod watching a battle unfold around him.
When he was recovered by the Republic he wasn't cleared to fly combat missions again. He spent several months as an instructor before some SpecOps recruiters tapped him to fly in an out of black missions. These missions took his skills and allowed him to leverage them without triggering memories of his time in the escape pod.
The entire Cold War (7 years and counting) he has been in and out of hot spots with any team that needs hot infiltrations.
