Special Security Apparatus

The Special Intelligence Apparatus is the office for coordinating Meta Human affairs and intelligence in the United Kingdom.
The office was created by the Special Security Council following the Royal mandate to establish an autonomous organism to handle meta human affairs. The SIA was given extraordinary attributes to interrogate, recruit and manage all affairs involving meta humans in the country, as well as insurgent and terrorists who threaten the stability of British, even abroad.
After the Special Security Council was disbanded and power returned to Parliament the SIA was repurposed to use their expertise to coordinate the Commonwealth's research into meta human affairs.
The SIA is headquartered in London and has a secondary office for operations within the Commonwealth in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Sebastian Moon

General Sebastian Alfred Moon, is the current Chief of the Special Intelligence Apparatus. He's a decorated British officer most well known for his role during the Troubles, the Gulf War and the Scottish Insurrection. In 2006 he was appointed to succeed Major General Jeffrey Klein as the Chief of the Special Intelligence Apparatus.
Since the election of the 2012 Labour Government there's been a growing concern among the public to dismiss, if not outright imprison him, for his actions during the tenure of the Special Security Council. The Labour government has refused to engage with this issue.
