CHAPTER 3: SESSION 3: IT ALL COMES TOGETHER 5/16/2021

Lynn is with me and Kaliel but still unconscious. Island: Emil and Maia and Aiden and Monkey Man, amazon woman and Koi fish. Aiden has a stick in his shoulder. (Aiden is with the monkey man) Maia and Emil on Island. Pit in middle of Island. Chained man at bottom who is chained. Prominent fangs, tipped ears, bulky and hairy. Pissed. He is a celestial. His name is Beauregard III of the Eastern Empire. Maia released him by tying a rope to herself and climbing down and tried to hit the chains with his sword but not strong enough. With Emil’s help he gets out. He crouches down and jumps out of the hole. He is 7’3”. He is a shifter of some kind. Fangs on top and bottom. Maia speaks Celestial to him.
He gets on top of a rock to talk about the war. Started a millennial ago when there was a war between the magical beings of this know universe. Epic. He asks us if the war had ended. He became separated. He thinks he has been stuck here for 25 minutes. Not the same war. He wants to repay them for saving him. He agrees to get them off the island. He puts Maia and Emile on his shoulders and jumps 45 in air and down into the water and immediately bounces up. After another jump, he falls through a baby blue portal with fish (he likes fish).
Lynn is strapped to Kaliel’s back. I told Kaliel what I found. We all went back to the prisoner. The bull is the guy who was jumping around. This is the lion (Leo). He freaked out when we got back and he breathed out flame. I calmed him down and asked him who he is. He was ambushed during the great war. He thought he was chained up for 45 minutes to an hour. Obviously not our war but the same one as Beauregard. His name is Coal. The generals from the opposing army chained him up. He is from the Western Gate. He said “It seems we are in a chamber.” He was with his troops and they were ambushed when they were trying to part the waters to sink the volcano. He is from a gate (not a kingdom). Beauregard crashed through the ceiling with Emil and Maia and landed at our feet. Everyone is speaking in common now. Coal is Beauregard’s general. Lay on Hands is done on Lynn. Beauregard is in love with Maia. He ripped Coal out of the chains. Beauregard tries to tempt Maia with Platinum.
A gate surrounds their tribes, they are big. There are 13 gates. Some tribes are joined, some not. They were fighting the gods. They came to their planet and destroyed everything so he took up the mantel of the bull and went after them and almost won but then he was stopped (this is Beauregard talking.) The god that attacked him was Boris, the god of the hunt. He used a club. He thinks his planet is probably dead. We are on Earth 2. We still need to find Aiden, Zettara and Bear.
Zettara and Bear landed in some kind of kingdom. She doesn’t do magic so can’t contact us. She asks Bear if he can contact us. He says no and she freaks. She sees corgi’s and dalmatians coming down the alley at her and she passes out.
Aiden is with the monkey man. He has a giant stick in his chest (last week was arm.) Moneyman helps him pull the stick out. Tells him that he has fallen into his dimension. The dimension that keeps peace with war, usually. The universe has fallen out of balance. The gods have been corrupted and Mother Nature is not pleased. He has been expecting Aiden for years and he is early, but it’s okay. His name is the All Seer.
When the universe was created there was but one planet. Zero planet. Not the first planet because it no longer exists. It is now just asteroids because when it exploded, everyone on it was wiped out. This was the Big Bang. This gave birth to the prime planet where humans human civilization currently thrives; the X planet, and from off of the x planet, X2. These were all created when Zero exploded. The first Big Bang. These three planets have developed differently, but hall have the same human culture. This has been the driving force for all of the exploration, the discovery, the turmoil, everything. There is the prime planet an there is another: Prime X2.
In Prime X2 there is a more ancient civilization. The Greeks, the Romans, the Egyptians, the Celtics, the Chinese and the Japanese were the first to inhabit this planet. These ancient civilizations gave birth to the god spheres. Gods would not have existed without mortals because they seed off of them. Symbiotic. Titans are not the same. Titans do not need mortals. Titans are awful and most of them come from Greek myths, but there have been rumors of other beings creeping up. The World Eater: a devourer of planets and comes from the Norse’s sphere. “How many enemies do you think you are dealing with?” A long time ago the god spheres were not created and the gods would run wild. Then the titans came back and then the world eater emerged and then other creatures crept out and it was decided that organization was needed. God spheres are the result of that organization. There are mortals who were chosen to help the gods with this process. That is why the god spheres exist in a hierarchy. It takes over 1,000 years to establish a set of god spheres that work. They function off of the same magic channel with some exceptions. The Japanese sphere uses different magic and some gods don’t use magic as we know it at all. All magic can be tainted no matter what, even stripped away. A magic channel that feels like it is pulsating is no good.
When the god speres were first tainted, there was war for thousands of years. During that war we lost the 100th planet. It was ripped apart by the Japanese sphere. The war ended when a select group of adventurers were able to turn the tide by setting things right. This has been repeated at least 4 times. The most recent was when the dwarves were brought back and a Titan sent? This process will repeat itself in the next 2-3 thousand years unless we stop it.
We are currently dealing with only 10 people. They have been behind almost everything we have seen with the exception of the men in yellow. One of them is NOT the queen. She is a pawn and is being controlled. This plan has been in the works for 500 years and is succeeding.
The gods are tainted now. It is unlikely to see one that is not tainted. I we find one it will probably kill us.
Aiden has 3 questions he can ask and only 10.
Titans hate the gods and are stronger than the gods.
The ten people are:

The Forsaken King (Xxannith)was in charge of Earth 95 and 96. He had the single the biggest empire that spanned approx. 32 planets and 2 prime planets. He is the reason that there was so much enslavement. He single-handedly helped eliminate the dwarves, perfected method for making sure they didn’t come back, stole a child from Athena, raised that child under his care, impregnated the child, that child grow up to be a monstrosity. This monstrosity grew up to resent the gods. The king is called the Forsaken King because Zeus himself had to throw him off of his throne. This is the guy who figured out how to trap gods in little talismans and harness their power. He is also one of the oldest beings in Megaverse history.
As Aiden is finalizing the 3 questions (with the group) Beauregard and Coal start to float. We also float. “We’ve been summoned.” We are all whisked away to Aiden.
1st Question: How are the gods being contaminated and is there a way that we can reverse it?
1A Contaminating gods is a lengthy process but once it gets started, it’s quick. To contaminate an open magic channel that the gods can tap into, you have to unleash corrupted magic into the channel itself. It’s like infecting the channel with the flu. The gods have their own source of magic, they don’t always use the magic channel, but to move to and from each planet and not stay on Earth X2, where the ancients reside, the need to tap into a joined magic channel to travel to places where they might mot be worshipped. The gods cannot travel to places where they do not have authority over or, they cannot travel to places they are not directly invited to. The magic channel itself keeps travel in balance. Corrupting the magic channel will enable the gods to travel throughout the known universe freely.
1B It can be reversed? We can shut it and make sure this never happens again. The gods haven’t been at full power this entire time because this channel has been open. The very thing that is endangering you and the known universe is the only thing giving us a chance. The magic channel being open weakens the gods.
2nd Question: What exactly is the 500-year plan they are working on and what are their motives?
There was a group of people called the Wise Council. This was the brightest minds and the first humans ever created. The council was destroyed when the Wise One got a divorce. Their goal was to rectify what they deemed was wrong doing. The 500- year plan encompasses wiping out and erasing from existence any race that they deem impure. This excludes some extraterrestrial beings. Once they complete that or get as close as possible, then it will be time to infiltrate the gods. They’ll do this by infecting a champion. Once the champion is infected the training will begin. Once the champion has been trained, they will wait for it to be chosen. The champion will infect the god once they have had a chance to interact with each other. Then the god will unknowingly spread the infection to the rest of the sphere. The champion doesn’t’ know that he is infected. Then the infection spreads. Once it spreads, the location of the magic channel is revealed. Once the location is revealed people are sent to infect it. Once the channel infected, the gods meet in the same spot every time on Earth 2. This is called the epicenter. There a large volcano will rise, and hidden deep within the volcano is ancient magic. Even deeper is a luminescent orb. This grants 1 epic wish. The Wise One will try to use this to correct the universe. What he thinks is correct. Then, if he is not stopped, we are right back to where we started. This process can be stopped and the orb can be destroyed. The orb can only be destroyed by one who is worthy of heart and mind. Epicenter is on the map marked by a volcano.
Krono’s motivation is to rid the world of the great gods and bring about the age of the Titans.
Hyperion - his motivations are unclear. A mortal is involved.
The Wise one – wants to correct the universes and mold them in his image.
Loki has ulterior motives that are beyond the All Seer.
The World Serpent is seemingly along for the ride.
Fenrir seeks to destroy those who stopped him 800 years ago.
Xxanith seeks to take those who are unworthy to his home planet, where he will control them, mold them, and keep them as collector’s items.
Atlas is working with another, although we don’t’ know who that is or what his motives are.
The 2nd Wise One is seeking retribution.
Romus is looking to take his place in the center of the cosmos.
3rd Question: How can we tell if someone is corrupted and how do we stop it?
If we know how to stop it there’s a chance we can turn the gods to our side.
The only way to know if someone is corrupted is to go to a shaman. They can tap into ancient magic and ancient magic is the only way to tell other than the visual cues. These consist of:
The red sparks flying off of their bodies
Red eyes
Changed demeaner
Frightening aggression
Mood swings
In mortals, this corruption will kill them or turn them into a walking forsaken – Husks of them
To get rid of corruption
With an arrow that has been kissed with the tears of Persephone
Get a summoner to enact The Rights
Sacrifice a unicorn and drizzle the blood on an arrow tip. Need to do this each time run
out of unicorn’s blood
Other things not involving corruption:
Trying to get to the volcano will be suicide. Other groups are trying to complete this mission so technically we are not working alone.
We have 3 and possibly 4 gods on our side. They will rip us apart if we try to approach and we are being sent there every day.
We or any other group that has a chance of winning is going to need gods.
To awaken gods, we must free god spheres. If we open up new god spheres we will unleash new gods who will have no choice but to fight on our behalf.
His recommendation: Get a pass. It will give us access to any library, collection or library. We will need information. We will need people, the best we can find. We will need a lot of them to hold off the forces of the titans.
Another group is heading to the volcano. It would be good if we could help them by completing what he has told us to do or trying to get to the volcano but don’t go inside. None of us can break the orb.
We need to purify some of the gods. Gods like Athena will always be one step ahead of us. Some specialize in war (like Aries) and others specialize in killing us during war.
Luckily Nike hasn’t been turned yet. If she is corrupted, we will be defeated.

LYNN GETS HER CLASS!!!! She is a Ranger (we are first in Megaverse to see an NPG get her class. She

We are sent back to Arrondeth and land in Bruce’ apartment (sand Crystal). Bruce is out.
Lynn is trying to figure out how to use the bow she was given.
LEVEL 8 (Lynn also gets a new level)
Meanwhile Zettara and Bear are in an E.R. She can’t use the left side of her body. She has a large scar. She tries to shimmy down from the window of the hospital.
Since neither Zettara or Crystal our outside of the All-Seer’s jurisdiction, they are probably not on one of the 100 planets.
CHAPTER 3: SESSION 2: THE FAULT IN OUR STARS

The morning after: Kaliel woke up on a table at the end. Ball of fluff over her. Had been a drinking party the previous night. Everyone appeared to be hungover.
When I wake up in the medical building, Zettara is not there. She had gone to breakfast and has been bombarded with cats. Aiden wakes up on the clouds – see above. Grass all over it.
Emil wakes up in a carriage with large woman with face paint. This is another tribe.
Maia wakes up in a pile of kittens.
Kaliel at the end is given milk by the innkeeper. Hot outside.
He heard Zettara laughing. She claimed to be fine. They head to breakfast guided by the kittens. Maia found them with the kittens’ assistance.
Kaliel and Zettara will bring me breakfast.
Aiden was dared to grab on to one of the tendrils from the creature and the creature lifted him up.
Emil reacted with an Amazon tribe and hasn’t been seen since. Crystal also hasn’t been seen since she went out to puke.
Aiden is being examined by the creature (see above). He skin is like rock and his tendrils are like vines. Creature flies over a temple and monks (chimps and gorillas) wave at them. Creature is hungry so they go to its grazing spot with its herd. This one is a baby. They look floating islands. Aiden casts “Speak with Animals.” Aiden: “Where am I?” Creature answered.
Creature: “What are you?” We are the flying sky creatures. Aiden named it Clive. He tried to catch and eat birds. Aiden sprinkled rations on his back and the rest of the herd comes over. Rations are bait for the birds. They attract the birds and the creatures get the birds.
They head for the waterfall.
Emil is lifted up by his shirt by the chief. They head into the jungle to the tribe area. He still has his mask on (from here/when?). They feed him. She has a language guide (book) in her bra.
She is Rising Skull Fist (or Sarah.)
“You are not from here. We will keep you.” You offered yourself in exchange for our recipes.
They will keep him as a pet. They want his mask for her collection in exchange for letting him go. Another amazon grabs him by his shirt and take him to a trampoline and launches him into the sky and he lands in the cat village and is caught by Kaliel after Emil cast feather fall.
Zettara screamed after seeing his junk (he is clearly male), comes to find me, tells me that the group is assembled and then walks away. She is happy to see a real woman. She needs to take a walk.
I go out to join the others while Zettara walks off with a blanket over her head.
They lost Crystal!
Aiden – The creatures are gathered around a watering hole with a bunch of other creatures. Aiden climbed down. He scared some kind of platypus (anteater). He calls for Clive. Clive knows Lynn and she gives him birds. Clive takes off with Aiden to find Lynn – the best meat sack he has ever met. Clive invites Lynn to come inside his shell – his house. Books in house – 101 ways to knock over a knoll etc. Self- help books. Get books that come down the great garbage chute. Plastic scarf (was from cans).
I ask a feline who is awake if they have seen Crystal – She went to try to take the trials of the 10 wonders. She said I can break that the record in 5 days’ time. She joined the tribe. Crystal left hours ago. We can’t interrupt the trail – put in place by beings higher greater than them. She will be on top of Mount Silver tooth in a couple of days.
Mount Silver tooth is 20,000 miles east of here. We could go with the chief. He points us to the chief’s hut.
Aiden: Flies to a cave and calls to Lynn. She avoids a trap due to dex save. She finds Lynn! Totally covered in tattoos. Lynn doesn’t want to leave. She has things she needs to finish so Aiden follows her. She has a pet porkoweasel. (Weasel coated with quills). She is studying a magical channel – that is what she has been doing. Aiden tells her her mother and sister are looking for her. She says she is not leaving but she will come back with her. They will take Honey back instead of Clive. Honey is a ladybug since before me. She is now ginormous. Clive is sad that he is being left behind, he wants to come so he can come. Lynn’s armor is wood and stone and bits of stone. Clive follows but is jealous. Aiden agrees to catch him some birds.
They arrive back to us. Lynn taller and apparently was afraid of lady bugs (before me). Maia explained why we needed her. We need them to defend Arroneth. She thinks her research is more important. I tell her to come with us and tell her mother herself why she won’t join us. She said that while the magic channel is open, weird creatures will continue to leak out. She agrees to come with us if we help her to close the channel. The magic channel is where our spell casting comes from. She tells Kaliel to ride with her. The rest of us will ride with Clive. She says that Crystal can take care of herself. We won’t bother the chief. We will meet Crystal at the mountain. Lynn is now in her 20’s.
Zettara comes running and jumps up on Clive. She didn’t know she was chasing after a dude.
Zettara is gay. Clive can change his genitalia at a whim.
Maia also likes girls. – gay. It depends. I’m the only one who is straight. Aiden won’t answer. Possibly straight or neutral.
Lynn wants to tell us the procedures for dealing with magic channels Kaliel stops her. She tells Aidan to get her papers back from Kaliel. Lynn gives up and goes back to sit on Honey.
The magic channel is the reason Honey is huge. We can look down and see Crystal doing her trial. She is battling a Beholder and doing fine. We see a bright light. Herds of animals are walking towards the light. It touches the ground but it floats. THIS IS THE MAGIC CHANNEL. Lynn says we can’t help. We all go down with her. As we touch the ground, we can feel the vibrations from all of the races walking on the ground. The amazons pass us buy (with Emil’s mask). The chief won’t give it back. Lynn grabs the mask out the chief’s bra and tosses it back.
Kaliel is lifted off the ground by a wooly mammoth because of her shiny armor and lifted on to her tusk. Zettara comes up because she has encountered a pack of armored corgis. They are a race. Zettara adopts them. She doesn’t recognize that they are a race. We start hiking up a ginormous hill. The closer we get to the magic channel the more those of us who have magic start to feel. All of all emotions come together at once, subside and come together at once, and then subside. It’s as if magic trying to creep into my body. Lynn tells me that I should probably stay where I am. It will get stronger from here. I shouldn’t pass out. She tells me to keep an eye out. ROLL INITIATIVE. I receive 5 hp for the next 8 hours (I’m squishy). I rolled a 21!
Lynn whipped her spear across the field. We see a set of wings and it starts coming our way. A black dragon. It barrel rolled at us. I made the dex save.
I cast Enlarge/reduce but the dragon made it. The magic surge table did nothing. Maia did damage. Dragon throws 4 purple balls into the air. Lynn starts to run so we also run along with the wooly mammoth. The balls were a signal calling for help and we see other dragons coming to help. Kaliel puts up a barrier behind us and the dragons burst through it. Lynn shouts DIVE and we all dive into the magic channel. One of the dragons is dragged into also. Lynn now looks sick, then Zettara, Emil and Morganna. We pass out completely. Kaliel attaches herself to Emil and me because we are squishes before she passes out. She gets a glimpse of the past the present and the future. When Emil wakes up, she feels little feet on her because she wakes up on the shore and there are otters. The otters drank all of the fresh water in the water skin. It is a small island. There is a pit ball trap. It is night. Aiden is with her but Bear is not. He is with the princess and the dragon but he doesn’t know where he is and the princess is not okay.
Kaliel and Morganna and Lynn fall from the sky into a temple. Kaliel takes the fall and her armor cracks. There are giant pillars of dragon people. Kaliel and I We hear chains being pulled to our left. Lynn is unresponsive. I elixirs of health potions but she can’t drink. I roll stealth and sneak around to see what I can see (17) in the corridor. I see: a young man chained to two pillars by his wrists. His legs are changed behind him. He has fangs poke out from the tops and bottom of his lips. When his fangs come out, I can see a bright purple ginormous lion made out of space itself and the stars appear for a second and quickly fade away. Every time he gets mad and goes to yell the lion appears again.
At that same instance Maia, and Emil sees the same thing and whoever is in the pit ball trap pit gets angry. This causes a ginormous bull to in the sky for a second – the person can’t hold it.
At this point Aiden wakes up soaked and has a thin piece of wood sticking out of his shoulder and he is with the amazon woman who is pissed. He sees something amazing. For the first time in a long time, Aiden feels completely at piece. Swimming in front of him is a group of koi fish and sitting in the grass is a monkey man who tells him has he has been waiting for him.
They are in a cave.
Aiden is seeing the beginning of his character arc.
CHAPTER 3: SESSION 1: LYNN

We had decided to look for Lynn’s Lab. She is probably in the business district.
I roll investigation to see if I am right that she would be on the outskirts of town. I got a 12. Someone else got a 3. The lab is near the fossil center.
We all rolled initiative and those will be the numbers for the whole session. I got a 4 but Kaliel got a 3 so I am next to the last.
We walked to the lab. I got an extra 5 hit points because someone cast aid and I am “squishy.”
I have Tides of Chaos but never got to use it. Wild magic. My subclass is Wild Magic.
Bear the dog comes back.
As we approach the lab (Emil had pointed to the point on the map.)
The lab is a large circular building. It looks like it has been chained up for quite some time. We don’t see anything through the windows. Front door is locked with a huge padlock and chain. No sign that the building is occupied. Kaliel broke open the lock and the door opened in a flash a woman came bolting out. She came from an area that appeared to be above the door and placed her feet on Kaliel’s shoulders and hung on in a choke hold. They tumbled and Kaliel ended up on top. This is a much older Crystal. She said she doesn’t know where Lynn is. Lynn is now 6’9 and taller than Kaliel. She is no longer an identical to Lynn. She is in full, black scale mail. She is a gladiator. She is now 19. She remembers Aidan. She tells us that although we found the lab, she is handling the matter so we should just go. We refuse. She claimed we interrupted her op. We go in anyway. She claimed the security system was activated which is why she was still on the 1st floor. It is a magic that she has never seen before, so she is waiting for her younger sister – Zettara. The security system has cut through Crystal’s sword. She doesn’t think that Lynn is in here by herself. Lynn has been in here for over 6 months. Crystal needs her on the front lines. Lynn is most familiar with the magic channels on the front lines and without her knowledge they are not able to open all of the channels that need to be open.
Crystal brings us up the stairs to see the security system. We see a laser grid. Crystal thinks it’s magic. She tosses what is left of her sword and it is chopped into pieces. The lasers are about 12 “thick and go all the way across and up. We can’t find away to shut it down. They come from the ceiling.
We hear footsteps on floor behind us and we see Zettara walk in. She is not the same as we left her. She is 17 years old and approximately 6’1”. She ha tiny horns like a satyr. She is a blonde now. Scars across her face. She recognizes us “WHERE THE F DID YOU GUYS GO?” YOU LEFT ME AS WILKINS! She blames Kaliel.
Zettara says we can’t be trusted – we had one job….
She was 16 when we left. Zettara – no way to go but up.
There are 4 doors on the first-floor s we walk down stairs.
Door #1 We are greeted by a pale man with a long longsword. His eyes are dark eyes and fangs. THESE ARE VAMPIRES!
He points his sword and asks who we are. He tells Aiden that he is impeding an investigation. Crystal looks over the railing and indicates that she doesn’t know him. He tells us to leave. Char does an insight check while 3 other men come out from the stairwell. We are not pleased with the result. Bad Vibes. Zettara attacks so initiative! I am in the back. Emil cast “Cloud of Daggers.” Aiden stabs the one nearest him. Maia has bear go first. He missed. Bear got scratched. Maia channeled Divinity as a bonus action and then took two attacks. She missed the first and landed the second and cut his off but it re-formed. She then did Divine Smite and he died.
Cloud of daggers is still up and the man of the right took a large swing hit Kaliel and her shield was cut in half. Kaliel takes 20 damage and is infected with corruption. She is thrown out of the initiative order. I wanted to give her an elixir of health but it wouldn’t help. I cast flame arrows on the guy nearest to me. I roll for the spell and for the flame arrows and the crossbow. Must roll to hit Extra 1d6 because it is flame.
First roll actions.
It hit! Damage plus 1d6 Then wild magic table.
Crystal holds the unconscious Kaliel and then it is Emil’s turn.
Emil does Lesser Restoration on Kaliel and she recovers.
Crystal goes back up the stairs.
Two guys left. Maia cast Bane and both passed. The man with the shield ran and hit Zettara and Emil with the Rhino’s charge and both got 34 hit points. Maia was able to reduce the damage on Emil (7). She than attacked with Bear. Kaliel put up a force field to help Emil.
Second man dies and his sword floats for a while and lands in Emil’s hand.
3rd man takes Zettara out the back window and keeps running until hits a building. Zettara is now stuck in the foundation of building. He grows about 4 sizes. He grabs 2 guys and uses them as weapons.
I cast reduce to try to make him smaller. He passed the con save. Crystal jumped down and joins us.
Kaliel used his great ax and used acrobatics with the help of Crystal. He hits
Crystal punches him and he keels forward and Kaliel moves in with her long sword and he is dead.
Zettara is dug out of the wall she was in and healed somewhat but still has a concussion.
Still 4 doors in front of us going down. The entire building is a lab. We don’t know if she would be upstairs or downstairs.
First door. Crystal and Kaliel go to door #1. We are behind them. The ground is shaking. A dinosaur is asleep in the doorway, blocking it. He is just chilling (stuck). I cast reduce on him. A con save. He failed. He is now half the save he was. He comes out of the doorway and flops on his side and we give him scritches. His name is Sir Muffin.
Beyond the door are other dinosaurs and some lab equipment. Looks like outside. We hear a tyrannosaurus but it is chilling. See door way on the other side. We leave to take a look at another door.
Second door. Crystal opens it. She gets hit in the head with a rock. Kaliel catches her. It looks like an earth elemental. Kaliel slams the door. He opens it but he is too large to fit through. A fire elemental is behind it.
Third door: Leads so far down we can’t see the bottom of the stair case. Divine sense was cast. A little bit of everything. We passed.
Fourth door: We hear more creatures and the sound of glass being tapped at.
We decide to go through number 1.
I stop and scritch Sir Muffin. Zettara puts Emil down. She swings open the door.
Kaliel takes the lead but Zettara climbs onto his back. We give some of the dinosaurs snacks.
Crystal carries me and we run from the snack running dinos. Raptors start chasing us.
No ceiling!
Prestidigitation was cast and fires scared those who were chasing us.
We avoided falling off of a cliff.
We see gold coins in front of us. The surface shifts. It is a gold dragon. Crystal put me down and I backed away. I speak to it in draconic. He told me I was in the wrong place. He won’t tell us where Lynn is. Kaliel wants to bribe him with more gold. Zettara thinks the dragon is a cat and wants to pet it. The dragon takes the gold but won’t tell us where Lynn us. I offered chocolate but he doesn’t want it. He claims to know Kaliel. He scoops up Kaliel. Then he picks up Zettara and drops Kaliel. She thinks he is her cat god. He tells us to leave his domain. Zettara still has a concussion so doesn’t really know what is going on.
We are in a chasm but we can still move to the right or left. Maybe the dragon will talk to the others who don’t speak draconic (not me). Will respond in common if the others stop shouting. He really wants the sword that dropped in Emil’s hand. The dragon knows Kaliel because of the goddess and he is popular. He tells Emil he can have Zettara in return for the sword. He also says that Lynn is in the building but won’t tell us where the exit is. He breaks the sword. (Zettara injured by vampires?) He tells us that there are other dragons and we are not to return to him. Kaliel picks up Zettara again.
We head to the right because a breeze is coming from that direction. There are giant centipedes on the ceiling. Burrowing in and out of the rock.
We feel the ground moves under our feet. Cave worm but leaves us alone. The more we walk the higher the chasm gets.
Cabins in the air. Huts are built into the air. There are mountain cat folk looking down at us The Megaverse version of Tabaxi. In their cat form they would look like Main Coon Cats. Wild fur. Armor looks like centipede hide and stone. They are tall. Zettara holds out her hands. She needs a cleric to heal her. The kids wave to us. Adults ignore us. The chief (braided beard) talks to us. I talk to him and ask for a healer. Leader says he will help if someone can beat him in a drinking contest. I offer up Kaliel. I ask what they will be drinking. It is beer and wine together. The rest of us get a short rest. Members give her guidance and inspiration. Chief’s wife brewed the drink. She lost but didn’t puke so he agrees to help if she has one more drink with him. He invites us all up to the village. Kids climb all over us. About 2’4” We don’t understand them but they rub their noses on our cheeks. They are connected to a ley line.
Hut with red top is medical hut. I go with Zettara to med hut. Doctor had really big goggles on his ears with a bomber hat for cats and full robe. Remy is the doctor. She was charged by a vampire into a building. Will take 42 hours. I stay to help Remy. He taps into the ley line and can’t be interrupted. The others play and sing and party with the cats.
Lynn got in trouble because of all this. Not an experiment type but studies other races and had lived with the cat folks.
Chapter 2: Session 3: Love, Lust and Murder Report
General Summary
The adventurers start the session, landing in the middle of The Great Cold in Arondeth. It appears the snow is magical and cannot be melted by the sun. People are frozen in place; animals can no longer move: They take this chance to look around.
In the Newspaper Building
UPSTAIRS:
• Emil went to explore upstairs; he found nothing of use. While he was heading back downstairs, a creature tried to grab him. Upon further investigation, the adventurers could not see this creature. It would later kidnap Maia.
• Emil would cast detect magic and allow the group to see white creatures: These creatures seem to be drawn to the detect magic, not the magic channel itself.
• Maia is kidnapped downstairs.
In the last session we met Lynn. When I open the front door, I see cold and snow and things are very still. The birds look frozen. Percy the pigeon is still with us. He is cold buy okay. Maia sends Bear out. He doesn’t see anything. The people in the shops are frozen in place. Emil checked upstairs she doesn’t see anything but on the way down a creature tries to grab him.
Bear is stuck.
Maia
• Maia is taken by a winged gargoyle who says he is going to take her to the Time Court. Was this the truth? Who knows? A white creature had followed them, which made the gargoyle take Maia to a different point in time.
• Maia lands in a place where the royals are alive and well, and she is told she must kill the baby prince.
• Lynn and Crystal are older, and Lynn does remember Maia.
• Athena would save Maia but tell her she must kill the baby prince to correct her mistakes. Maia will go to kill the baby prince, but Athena will stop her. Athena gives Maia a golden dagger and an envelope.
• Maia is returned to her group.
Maia disappears in front of me and I scream. There is a creature approaching that is at least 6’1. Emil casts detect magic and we see them. It knocks. There are four more. This is the reason magic was banned. We hear footsteps upstairs. I sneak a look and there is one that has broken through the wall. It drops to all fours. Thy have one shoulder higher than the other. No face but has a mouth.
The creatures are not following our magical signature, they are going to where they are feeling the magic from.
Maia and the Gargoyle: Winged and made of stone. She is standing in time itself. It accused her of messing with time. Her “stunt” changed the course of history. Wants to take her to the Court of Time. It says they ae being followed. It grabs Maia and they jump out of the time tube.
They land in Arondeth but not at the time of the Great Cold. The land and cause a crater. Maia still feels she is being followed. Some how she feels Bear shivering. One of the white creatures from the newspaper office falls out of the time tube. White thing wants to kill her. She asks gargoyle for help and he tell her that he can’t fight Destiny. It leaves her to the creature. (She could see it because she had cast “Detect Magic.” She flies after the gargoyle and he tells her that she can’t outrun Destiny.
Back at the newspaper office white creatures are talking with Aiden’s voice. They keep saying ‘Who is it.” Then they mimic me. Emil drops “Detect Magic” and we can’t see the creatures anymore but they are probably still there.
Bear is “glitching” outside. It is Little Lilac trying to get him to come back so she is interfering with the spell. Emil casts Detect Magic again and Bear disappears.
We leave Maia a note and head to the hospital.
Back to Maia:
Gargoyle tells her: You summoned a dog who saved a princess. That princess alerted her sister who alerted her family who alerted the queen. He told her that she had changed Mother Nature’s plan. The gods are talking about her and what she’s done. She changed the course of time and the destiny of over 6 people. To fix this he hands her a dagger and tells her to kill the prince. The two youngest to correct the time space continuum. As he argues that she must kill the “child”, Athena appears. Athena killed the gargoyle. She asks if Maia is going to kill the child. She finally agrees as long as everyone else is saved and she can return to her friends. A
Athena takes her to the castle. In this time period the castle is lively.
Lynn is older. She is wearing a huge lab coat. Crystal is also older (still wearing armor). Crystal recognizes her magic signature and recognizes her.
Athena takes Maia to the child’s crib. This is the kid we found in the secret room. She again tries to reason with Athena. Athena replaces the dagger the gargoyle gave Maia with her own. Finally, Athena let her spare the baby. Athena let her keep the dagger and gave her an envelope to open when the time is right. She then teleported her to the hospital where we are.
At the Hospital (4 floors)
We arrive at the hospital to find the staff frozen in place. We need to find out about the pregnancy spike and the missing babies. Maternity is on the 3rd floor. Nanny the dragon gets mothers there with a lasso.
On the way to medical records (2nd floor behind room 17) we pass Thomas Langston, a patient on a gurney in the hallway who is having a huge pimple popped. The pimple contains worm eggs that are crunchy. (An Eggle of worms) The nurse doesn’t know what she is seeing. The eggs are hard. The pigeon taps the pimple with his foot. Also see a woman who is motioning to her crotch. The guy next to her is holding a chair – it looks like the woman fell through the chair.

• Dr. Kent Robbers was the first doctor to get any cases involving worms. His first patient was Louis St. Clare. First patient reported to have a worm,
• Worms hollow out the whole brain.
• Worms have 6 eyes, a circular mouth, and a bunch of tiny legs (like a millipede and as many legs)
• Patients will experience; mood swings, irritability, slowing losing control of their magic.
• Patients die within 3 days.
St. Clare File
• Louis is the brother of Marie St. Clare. (full siblings) Marie was one of Awol’s mistresses. Marie is dead in our time period. Is it a coincidence that he was the first to get the worms?
• He worked for Windale Associates: A medical firm that made Dopie Opies. Doctors used the medication to treat children who were taken by the Org. Most of these children end up killing themselves if not treated. Dopie Opies prevent psychosonopsis which children who are taken by the Org experience when their collars are removed. Collars are removed when they are rescued or sold. It prevents them from using their magic. There is a buildup. The are not all magical but all have a buildup because they have been experimented on. Buildup of emotion, magic, powers etc.
• He was heavily against royal children being shifted around. He spoke out against this often. Against them re-marrying. He has a whole campaign fo it.
OBGYN Records – Morganna rolls a natural 20 for investigation!
• Birthrates starting decreasing: 1308 TOS. During this time, the children were stillborn. The mothers usually died, and the fathers became ill.
• Animals could not reproduce either.
• Mothers banded together to stop having children.
• O.S.A.D.S.I.U. : Would step in to take any orphaned children(children left at home while mother gave birth).
• Birthrates increased: 1226 TOS.
• Mothers were having triplets: One child born was rare.
• 9/10 children were male.
• 1232 TOS: This rapid birthrate stopped.
• Animals were affected by all of this.
• Girls born during the boom had golden eyes.

Birthrates started decreasing in 1038 TOS and didn’t start increasing until 1226 TOS. During that time not even the animals could get pregnant Babies were still born and fathers became ill. The women decided not to get pregnant which led to the decrease in birthrates.
Emil is chilling.
Aiden finds Marie St. Cloud’s file but it is empty.
On to the maternity ward. Floor is mostly empty. Bruce is standing in front of a doctor looking sad. It looks like he lost a child. There is a man whose arms are out and it looks like he is yelling at one of the nurses. At his feet is a backpack and we see school books and comic books. Aiden opens the door. It is his teenage daughter. She looks sick. She has the golden eyes. She will be 16 in 15 minutes. Her name is Kaley Dunmark. The chart says Uncertain magical capabilities.
Athena’s dagger starts to glow and shake. It gets brighter as Maia gets closer. She opens the envelope and it is empty (time not right). Maia walks up to Kaley. Percy tells her to stab her with it and puts his foot on Aiden’s face. Percy is not really a pigeon and keeps yelling to stab her. Percy is a jet-black owl with a red bow tie. Percy has Aiden’s haircut. Maia stabs Kayley and she wakes up and grabs Maia’s arm. Maia was stabbing her with one arm and healing her with the other. Athena’s dagger glows and grumbles like a hungry stomach. The yellow crystal lit up when Maia stabbed her. Kayley is stunned so can’t really answer anyone. She claimed she was not sleeping. She was aware of what was going on in the building which means everyone else in the building is aware of what is going on. She leans over and throws up worms. We know that the dagger purified her because the worms burn and disappear when they hit the ground. We help her up (we try to give her rations but Percy snags them). Maia is able to feed her. She hadn’t eaten for 76 days. She asks for her big and we give it to her. She pulls out a small black journal. Percy is hers! Percy looks at the group and says “Congratulations! You found one! Kayley is one of the 6 missing royals from the rest of the planet.

The quests: We are aware of them – let her know if we want to do them.
Kayley is another side quest. She is not useless. She is one of the missing royals.

We heard footsteps in hospital – purple eyed guy from the castle. We hide. We are still in Kayley’s hospital room. We all remained successfully hidden. He came in and sat on the bed and lit a cigar. He spoke in primordial but we didn’t know what he said and then left.
We have successfully traversed the hospital!
Kayley doesn’t know how long she has been in the hospital. Her mother is a warlord. She doesn’t have any living brothers or sisters. Percy is her owl.
Kaley finally gets dressed and goes through her backpack and gets her dagger. She climbs up Kaliel and goes over her black book. She tells us that we need to go. She needs to get to the castle to “Shut off the machine.” The machine that is dampening the magic and causing all of this.
Her brothers and sisters died 30 minutes after turning 16. She is aware of what is going on.
As we go by, Kaley pats her father’s head. We head for the castle. It takes us 20 minutes to walk to the castle. We don’t get cold here even though there is snow because we are not from here.
Kayley said that she made the machine but it was not supposed to freeze everyone. She was working with Susan’s kid (Lynn). It was supposed to permanently close some magic channels but they got interrupted by someone they couldn’t see. It was a sneak attack. There were a couple of magic signatures. “We were on to something big.”
She hopes to scale the castle with Kaliel. The machine on the top floor. She doesn’t want to have to go through August’s room. August is not frozen.
At the castle gate the knights are trapped in the courtyard doing drills. The gate is locked. We are the first people they have seen in ages. August locked them in. She locked them in after Susan’s death. Brendan is the name of the knight who spoke to us – we met his dad previously (we don’t know who that is.) Percy squeezed through the fence but couldn’t get back. There are serrated platinum arrow heads at the top of the walls. The platinum is conducting the magic. Directly over the front door (in the gate) is a tiny statue of beetle that is preventing magic from being conducted at that spot. We can interrupt the flow without shutting the entire fence down. Kaliel slides a brick up to an arrow next to the beetle and it cuts the magic a little more.
Kayley and I were able to squeeze through because I am only 4’6” but the others had to use a rope to get up and over. The gap between the fence posts is 5”.
Brendan tells us that they just moved the pods into the main throne room that have the frozen royals in them. The queen and the main minions are still up. Minions are just general people. There are just 10 guards left. They have not been allowed inside the caste for 5 days. The rest of the guards were slaughtered when the cold took over.
Even if we get to the kitchen, we still need to go through August’s room.
We can see the dog that got killed(?) barking through a window. He tries to push the window open. He does succeed and comes flying out. We look in the window that the dog came out of and see Lilac, but she does not look good. This is little Lilac. She recognizes us but she is mad at us but we don’t know why. We all climb in that window. Lilac has been poisoned. Brands are specific – must be surgically removed. They poison the person they are attached to. Lilac has been branded. We can’t help her – the dagger can’t help her. Lilac tells us that she needs to get into her pod. August had them branded and then frozen so that she could say that she was trying to help them.
We can hear the machine. Kayley takes us through a servant’s passage. Crystal is in her pod.
The beetle from the gate is Zettara’s beetle. supposedly from before. We head to Zettara’s room. We get a glimpse of August and Awol who is all twisted up. I look in the keyhole to Zettara’s room – see a couple having sex. We walk in and see that it is Jessica and Prince Tyler (Susan’s son). We show them that the wall does, indeed open. It is Samual. He had been watching. We knock him out. Tyler thinks it has only been a few hours since thing got messed up. (He doesn’t know that his mother is dead). Jessica is holding the box that we were looking for. Jessica had seen us at the inn and thought we were still there. We tell her that Samual is August’s spy. We hear something on the other door. There is a peep hole and someone looks back. We open the door. The room is warded backwards – it keeps them in. When we open the door, we see two young women. One has a wooden sword and one has a sharp pencil. They tell us that this is their home. They don’t know how long they have been there. Tyler and Jessica run in and tell us to be quiet. The room they were in has been stormed (August, Awol and soldiers). This is when they were supposed to be killed. We have changed this timeline. This was when Jessica loses the golden key. (what key?)
Kaley tells Tyler that he was supposed to be killed. It was in her black book because Lynn suspected it all along.
We try to convince the two women that they are not safe. They think that the bird that is painted in the window is a real bird – it is the only one they have seen. The youngest moves the bed and opens the hidey hole and tosses out the corpse of an old woman and grabs a live little spider (familiar) Bobbert Robert Pendleton III. The eldest takes her staff from the dresser (her whacking stick). They introduce themselves: Nyx and Audrey. Audrey is older. Maia checks her dagger against them. It doesn’t glow but she feels a holy presence. Audrey grows up to be a knight. She gives her staff to Nyx and the dagger to Audrey. We now have 5 NPC’s
Kayley tells the NPC’s what’s going. Said that we saved her by stabbing her. We tell them about the worms and Nyx has a pet worm (this one is thicker).
Samual starts to wake up. Kaliel interrogates him. He doesn’t talk until Tyler punches him. Samual works for the Estonian king, King William. He was a diplomat turned spy. He said that Jessica and Tyler must not be allowed to breed. He is there to start the fall of democracy. Once Arrondeth falls, they will be free to take over the peninsula.
They have three primary objectives:
Estonia's Plan:
• Destroy as many royals as possible (from the inside out). Cut off as many bloodlines as they can. If not, turn the royals and have them work for Estonia. End the bloodline, Here and now It was easy to trick the queen (Susan).
• Purge the gods: Make the gods fall in line by corrupting the magic channels. Gods that were corrupted before cannot be re-corrupted. (Purge this place of any godly creation)
• Take over Earth 2 and mold it: Estonia wants Earth 2 to be hub for the Organization. They want to rid the planet, and start something new.
Samual said that we made it so easy – they were able to steal multiple babies. Once they take over the gods are taken out their magic will be tainted, they will be under our control and we can take over the planet. Phases 1,2 and 3 have already been completed.
They wanted to commit complete genocide. They have already started to take out gods.
Phase one – We got rid of the Forgotten realms so no more of you pesky champions. (it was easy)
Phase two – We took over Arrondeth, we got rid of the most important royals, and it’s not just here. We did it all over the place, and in a matter of days, Kahmann will fall.
Phase three – As we speak the god spheres are being tainted. And once the gods are under out control, you will be able to do nothing.
He said that they tried to get the dagger back because it’s an artifact, and if she gave it to us, she’ expecting us to free her. We are the last living members of our planet.
We decided to kill Samual couldn’t decide who to do it. Finally, Aiden slit his throat.
There were three characters who would be spying on Zettara but we killed Samual.
We do not want to get stuck in this time period!
The little prince from the list we got a while back is dead already. The second Robbie is being grown right now and the elven lady is not dead right now and will not be because we saved the kids.
Robbie is killed and replaced. Christopher is the one prince that is missing from our puzzle. Willow also. Jessica tells us that Willow was on a retreat. Christopher was supposed to come back with Susan so is probably dead.
Tyler will take Nyx and Audrey to the guards to be safe. We give him the future location of where are base is and the time period we will be in. Tyler uses a door he creates and takes the kids. Jessica goes with him. The door closes behind them.
The closest has been cleared out. There is writing in there that says “Do not use tunnel past 3:30.” We can’t tell what time it is. We go to the trap door. We make it to August’s room. Zackary is there but he is just a husk. He is dead. Tubes have drained his blood and his magic. In the future August has made a copy. This Zackary was born sterile so he wouldn’t have served her purposes. Actually, he is mostly dead and we kill him with his permission to give him a painless ending. Before we do this Maia holds her dagger against him. The blue stone flashes and then dies out. She then hands the dagger to Aiden and she stabs him in his hear. We destroy the vials with his body fluids.
We hear a sound. We all roll a con save. I rolled a 20 so I fight it. When the door opens, I am looking at Hera, the wife of Zeus. Her eyes are dark red. The sound is coming from Hera. She places a hand on me and Kaliel and blows us a kiss and we go down. She snaps her fingers and we black out.
When we wake up, we are greeted by Wilkins in an apartment building. Zettara is not here. It looks like Bruce’s apartment. He found out outside the base in a crumpled ball. Kaley and Percy are not with use. We are back in the present. The year is 1 (the golden age). We can’t go back because Aiden almost died.
Bruce is alive. He doesn’t know where Zettara is – she vanished into thin air. Brendan is there but his goofiness is gone. He is like a stone.
We ask him what the situation is and he said we lost. The walls went down yesterday. The walls of the nation went down. Estonia won. We go invaded. Kahmann fell. The worms were just a distraction, Cotaris fell, Torarora fell, Peppirus fell. The entire continent has been taken over. Brendan said that our best wasn’t good enough. Our stunt at the hospital saved his kid (Kayley) which is the event that turned him into a grouch. Brendan says that we should just let the continent burn. He says all of the gods and nations are against us. The resistance is scattered, the royals have scattered, the magic is scattered.
Susan walks in. She scolds us for messing with time. Did we have to kill Samual? Kaliel defends the decision. She tells us to come with her and we go. She tells us there is one more thing we have to try. We need the gods back so we need to open up the new gods spheres. We need an army to do this. There are god spheres that are not part of the main set. It is likely that they have not been tainted. She is sending us to open them. It is a risk that we will have to take. In the process it is likely that we will stumble upon her children since she knows that we saved them also. They are still alive. We need to gear up and assemble a team. She is leaving her army in our hands. We are responsible for putting it together, commanding it and making sure that we hold this land as we venture off to find the god spheres.
Somebody has unleashed the titans.
We have to do tis by the end of the year (8 months).

• The group decided first to meet Bruce. He is staying in Room 15 of the apartment building.
• He seems to be a little paranoid but with good reason. He lets the group take a look at his newspapers.

We all decided that we wanted to visit the Black Market so we started our adventure with a visit to Bruce Salvatore since his place was on the way. We learned that he is a cousin of Zettara and a friend of King Charlie. He lived in a poor part of the city in a building with 20 rooms.
At the front desk was Slugomia named Mac who refused to give us Bruce’s room number. Kaliel started knocking on doors first. At the first door she met Hair Ball, a smoker cat who hit on her. We continued knocking on all of the doors until Aiden figured out which room by reading mail boxes (15). After we convinced him to let us in, we noticed his resemblance to the royal family. He is an Apex and armed.
His room resembled that of a conspiracy theorist with the floor covered with newspapers and string connecting different articles throughout the room. He thinks that some of his memory is missing. He thinks that time has either stopped or changed. One paper dated 1232: “King ill – unknown sickness spreads around kingdom.” This is NOT the Great Cold. This disease is a side effect of the Great Cold.
(The paper that Aiden bought last week was from 1435)

Bruce says this disease was a side effect of the great cold? Worms- that invade the body. If you pop the worm you become sick. He believes both illnesses were manufactured. Does not know how or who.
1300 - I think what happened when everyone got sick was the worms messing with our brain. They're targeting the frontal lobe- Maia brain blast that this is why people are acting weird.

There are two kings- he tells us "see things how they really are" the ink shifts and what Aiden really see is "conspiracy in the capital"

Man speaking an unknown dialect knocks on the door- draconic. His neck is snapped after an arguement- he works with Bruce. Bruce pulls off his head and starts digging around it- finds paper. Only fire can stop them.
They- everybody is they. Their heartbeat is different, super slow. Other change- the eyes gradually start shrinking until there's nothing left. (The worms have 32 WIS aaaaaa)
Whoever is writing the newspaper knows what's going on.
He also believes that both the disease and the Great Cold were manufactured. He had a worm extracted from his brains and said that autopsy reports showed that worms were targeting the frontal lobes of the brain. This is why people are acting crazy. In 1300 autopsy reports were leaked.
He also told us that the king was never sick and that he (Bruce) had been one of the king’s knights. He also told us that there were two kings.
Aiden looked at the newspaper (above) again, the ink seemed to move and read” A Conspiracy in the Capital.” (Not Autopsies linked). Other headlines read: “King missing, replaced by doppelganger” Awol is not a king but has some sort of royal lineage.
Also “Queen is not dead” (doesn’t say which one) and “trapped because of unknown illness.
“Priestess takes Advantage, ports are closed, A planet is destroyed. Is this connected?”

We hid after hearing a pounding at the door. We heard Bruce arguing with him about a found document. After Bruce broke his neck, he stripped him and we saw that he had no genitalia. His eyes looked like Awol’s. Bruce has sent him to a reporter but “they got to him. Bruce removed the head (like a golem) and worms crawled it. I cast “Burning hands” to destroy it.
(is this correct?) We found out that the creature’s heart sounded like Awol’s and that there are different stages of the eyes – They start shrinking until there is nothing left.
Per Bruce:
The worms are doing the cloning
The worms are sentient
Their wisdom is 32
Bruce thinks that whoever writes the newspaper know what is going on. The newspaper is written in art magic and he gave us special glasses to that we could read:
• 1232: The King comes down with an unknown illness.
• 1300: Autopsy reports are getting leaked.
• 1306: What is going on in the castle?
• 1320: Time makes no sense.
• 1325: Castle on lockdown. Prince Clyde is missing.
• 1330: Pregnancy rates drop by 45%
• 1331: Pregnancy rates skyrocket by 110%
• 1400: Children are not aging; babies go missing.
• 1441: W. General is shut down by order of the queen.
• 1500: What happened to Zettara?
• 1503: Lilac missing for where about go to 45 Timmer St.
• 1515: Media blackout.
Bruce told us not to let anyone know we are on to then but doesn’t tell us who “them” are. He then told us to go.
Kaliel’s notes:
As we duck away we stumble into a house- running into the home of one of the former priestesses.
The priestness (Golurk) says the sickness was implanted in the castle right after the young ones went into the time chamber.
When Lilac took the throne- Queen came into the picture and she was different than her. Athena denounced Lilac, Lilac turned angry. Queen turned into something that corrupted her nature. After her brother went missing- Clyde. She was not the same. They were twins,
Then she was sent down the stairs and was tamed. Lilac was used?
Princesses weren't supposed to be here?
Kaliel has been poisoned by worms thanks to the priestess who was fighting them.
They attempt to gain info and also somehow know that Kali has a girl she's into (leak?)
We tell them to commit die.
A new goddess says "no worms for you"- and yeets them out of her body.
We destroy the worm bois and a house explodes. Purple eye boi and guard guys arrive- they're friendly.
Purple eye boy is cousin to Zetarra- Donvan. Purple eye thing means they were appointed to guard the children. WHICH MEANS THEY WERE INFILTRATED.
When we left the building to head to the Black market, we saw a guard with purple eyes and since I can’t run fast, I stupidly cast “Invisibility” on myself. We all ran and took shelter in a house occupied by an orc who said she would hide us. She told us that she had been one of Athena’s priestesses at the castle. Her name is Gulerk.
Kaliel asked her what had happed at the castle. She told us that Athena’s statue was destroyed but that the destroyers couldn’t touch the pieces so they are still there. She told us that the sickness was implanted after the young ones went into the time chamber until August deems them ready to be released.
She said that August is a witch and that Lilac is under the queen’s thumb. First Lilac took the throne and then August. Athena denounced Lilac. The queen tainted Lilac’s nature while trying to turn her into something she wasn’t.
Lilac is not the same since Clyde went missing. He is Lilac’s twin. She fell down the stairs after Clyde disappeared. She thinks August is finished with Lilac.
After she tells us not to bring the princesses back into the capital, she drops a worm onto the floor. She is fighting what the worms want to do to her. Someone cast “hold person” on her and she exploded into a nest of worms as she yelled at us not to trust anyone. Meanwhile Kaliel was infected but an unknown goddess helped her to throw them up. I cast “Lightening Bolt and destroyed the nest of worms.
The house exploded!
Keliel grabbed me to start running but we were stopped by the guards. They are on our side! They are what is left of the castle guards. The leader is Donovan, cousin of Zettara.
Go to black market- there was apparently a massacre there. People wearing yellow responsibile- killed 100-150 of the people. Pushed past wards and everything.

When we got to the Black market I couldn’t go in because I had never been there before so didn’t have a pass. It didn’t matter because we were all stopped. The entire market was hacked by folks wearing yellow and every vendor lost merchandise. We think that there is another group afoot.
We head to 45 Timmer Street.
Kaliel: - Once we cross the bridge to the street on the other side we hear a parade, they're celebrating dungeoneering. Robert is on a parade float.
We see a man in yellow heading to him and remember he head a death threat against him- we go to help him.
Kali yeets foam sword, Aiden rolls for bird and we all prevent him from dying (Percy the pigeon aquired)
We then save him by kidnapping him!
And he's a werewolf
We grab him some good shoes, he comes with us on mission and goes incognito.
he's leading us to Timer Street because he's been there and knows the newspaper mystery man.

45 Timmer Street is where the newspaper office is. Robbie wanted to know if we were going there because Lambert was supposed to interview him.
Robbie is not very bright. He was an unwanted child.
