After the war to create Mainland, the six major countries of Papiliosidus signed a treaty that will prevent them from fighting each other and become united allies against a bigger threat.

It puts the five countries that has been at war with each other for years into rest and also created a new country that aims to accept all fairies.

By signing this treaty, King and Queens of these countries will swear to never attack one another to risk waging war upon each other lands and if one creates a weapon capable of destruction, each country should have an equal amount of firepower. Whenever help is needed, they are to come to each other's aid and stave off the bigger threat from the stars.
