Hubiin's Curse

The Hubiin's Curse is a curse that follows a Hubiin everywhere, it could very well be a curse of the Immortals following said Hubiin but they will not confirm it even if there are times where they do so. The curse is said to bring death to their surroundings but that is not the case most of the time nor do they work on plant-life, which some may speculate is because of Mother Nature protecting her creations but Mother Nature was never proven either.
Like her, the curse isn't scientifically proven either, not even magically proven, it is both there, yet not there, most scientists are unable to find out why Hubiins have this 'Curse' albeit not knowing what the 'Curse' does anyway.
Ku says it just brings terrible luck upon others which is surprisingly the closest accurate explanation for those who don't die around Hubiins. Gretal is able to manipulate it some what to her enemy's disadvantage but also manipulate it to give her, the bad luck that stops from going into death by her bad luck (like fighting fire with fire) to give others good luck.
It is confirmed however that it is a type of Black Magic that has existed back when the universe started, it can be detected but Black Magic hasn't got a unique identifier from other Black Magic as Hubiins can also use them if they wish to.
