Execution by Beheading

The second worst punishment a jury can dish out is death penalty but there are different ways of execution which the convicted is able to choose from, one of which is beheading by the executioner.

History

One of the most common and historically oldest punishment to be used by the government, though it is mostly a war tactic where soldier attempts to behead their enemy being the most quick and efficient way to go.

Execution

Usually the execution has the executioner and a sharp broad knife and a basket for the head. If it's an official beheading, it will start with the executed's name, crime and last words before it is executed.
