Conary Mansion
The mansion is a modern villa, located on an island around the southern side of the pacific ocean. It belongs to his grandfather while he was traveling, this island was his pitstop.
Purpose / Function
Housing, it used to be a secret hideout for vacation times for his uncle, now it's his, he doesn't use it because he has another hideout since this one was known to some terrorist groups.
Design
The rooms are all rectangular, originally with same dimensions, there is the common room, three rooms on the first floor that was at first Legumina, Haven and Conary's, the basement is the labs, training room, Allen's room and the gym along with the garage that leads to the landing pad. The second floor has three more rooms along with a balcony, Oriole and Lisa's room above Haven and Conary's room respectively and then Ren's room above the common room area.
During team Votum's era, Pocket and Patia got Oriole and Lisa's room, Alex got Ren's room while Blackjack got Conary's room.
Entries
There is one entrance, there is a backdoor at the kitchen and the garage door is another form of exit, there is a nice view of the sea from the garage and most windows would face the sea of the island, from the ceiling to the ground.
The only thing locked is the front and garage door when there is nobody there, there is a lockdown protocol that reinforces all the walls of the mansion, though they are titanium which is no match for alien super strength.
Sensory & Appearance
Usually the smell of the forest nearby or the ocean, the mansion is quite modern yet outdoorsy.
Depending on the day, they can hear Conary playing the piano, Oriole wrestling a bear outside, Lisa practicing her spells, Haven in the gym, somebody cooking in the kitchen or the sound of machinery or tinkering, though the walls are slightly sound proofed so most of it might be muffled.
Contents & Furnishings
Furniture according to their personality, though the common room has a grey carpet with a reinforced dining table -due to the sheer amount of times Oriole broke the glass ones- television with a extended station for games, counters being a mediocre beige.
Valuables
The only stash is their piggy banks or the things hidden in the lab
Hazards & Traps
The lab might have a few dangerous things inside, Ren loves to bobby trap his room.
Special Properties
A Conary Artificial Intelligence controls everything in the house.
Alterations
It used to be an old school mansion, before that it used to be a island of an empty village, they died through a plague that has long left the island and died due to not enough nutrients in the soil, it was remade by Conary's father before being a mansion for his uncle before his father could use it and now it's has a more modern upgrade for Conary and the team.
Architecture
There mansions'a architecture looks slick and modern cement and steel, it's quite visible, though the occasional fog and clouds may help with their invisibility from the shores.
The mansion has silver, though each part of the mansion are theme coded, Haven having a little wooden tiles for his floor, Oriole having golden carpets, Lisa having grey wallpaper, Legumina having a room that is bigger than what is seen on the outside, Ren having japanese mats and scrolls, Allen, having not change the basement at all.
The rooms are easily changed when Votum entered Pocket having a messy room, Patia having a mini garden and more green in her room, Alex having not change Ren's room that much and Blackjack having mostly black and white in theirs.
History
It was built by his father but he died before he could send Draven there, it was used by his uncle as a vacation spot, tainted with illegal dealings, girls and beaches. It was cleaned when Vincent took back the company and hasn't been used except for a shelter since, until he donate it to C.H.L.O.R.A.L.
It was a home for the team where they relax and so far, through their missions, they never revealed their location, nor did they have anybody attack it and if it was, it was dealt with the AI protocol Conary put in his mansion.
After C.H.L.O.R.A.L disbanded, Conary let his mother take over the company and have all of his assets shared with Legumina, so she used this as a base for the new team Votum. But it was destroyed by the New Titans.
