1 Star Symbi
A one star symbi has a small pocket dimension around the size of a room, it is fairly easy to kill by a level 1 magical warrior with requirements and practice or experience, they are mostly tempting and manipulating feelings but does not have the capacity to kill only injure and torture.
A one star symbi can turn into a two star symbi with enough victims. They are not known to move from their designated rooms which are usually a room they hold most dear in their previous lives or a place where it is convenient for them.
They mostly only have one type of minions

When the symbi is killed by a Magical User or turned into two star symbi
History
The first one star symbi that appeared was Amare in Papiliosidus history though the first star symbi was much more older, as old as the cores probably as everything has a fine line of balance between each other.
It's known to increase to up to level 3 but so far there is no records where it may go further as they are usually defeated before then. Historically, they have led many people to their deaths but never really killed anyone straight away, they are known to be easy to kill but dangerous to be left alone.
Cultural Significance
They are usually used to scare children if a fairy parent wants to even if Symbis don't usually target children because they seldom exhibit negative emotions unless otherwise. Not only that, they are commonly used as minions by criminals and though cannot be tamed, can inject a commander into their gems before they become corrupted.
Knowledgeable Magical Warriors knows to be wary of that ever since.
