Labora Desert

The Labora Desert is a harsh and unforgiving place, with temperatures that soar to scorching levels during the day and plummet to bone-chilling levels at night. The land is a vast, sandy expanse that seems to stretch out endlessly, broken only by the occasional rocky outcropping or dry, dusty shrub.
Despite the harshness of the environment, the desert is home to the Xalara tribes, a group of people who have adapted to the harsh conditions of the desert by living in large villages built into the cliffs and canyons that dot the landscape. These villages are built high above the ground, providing a safe haven from the dangerous creatures that roam the desert floor below.
The desert is surrounded by mountain ranges to the north, east, and west, which serve as a natural barrier to prevent the harsh desert winds from spilling over into the surrounding regions. To the south, the Labora Desert tapers off into the Baroal Grasslands, where the climate is more hospitable to human life.
