The Scarlet

The Scarlet are one of the major Barbarian tribes of the Pandoran Mountains. Contrary to the general reputation of Barbarians, the Scarlet are militaristic, highly organized and well trained. They maintain open trade channels with merchants and craftspeople, especially the armorers they commission to create the sturdy suits of heavy red stained armor of the Scarlet elite. Rumor has it that some of the Scarlet tribes have recently contracted with a cabal of alchemists to obtain large quantities of explosive powder for unknown purposes.
