The Pearlside Prowl

Shouts from dockworkers and captains loading and unloading their cargo, smells of sweat and salt and unfamiliar spices, riots of color as people from all nations and of all races seem to scurry around each other to do their work before retiring to one of the many seedy inns and taverns along the docks.

This is the docks district of Golden Harbor; it is a bustling port-side area that overwhelms the senses. The Lotus Way is the main thoroughfare of the Prowl, it is a huge, wide road that is constantly filled with activity. Dockworkers moving carts of goods to and from warehouses and ships, Recent arrivals disembarking and heading toward their destinations, and many guards keeping an eye on the ebbs and flows of commercial activity are here.

8 large warehouses sit along the The Lotus Way. These storehouses are overseen by the harbormaster, and all goods flowing into the city are first sent to a warehouse to be inspected for contraband.
There are dozens of inns and taverns in the docks districts, but the largest by far is The Tipsy Eel.
