Emperor the V Yuri Marcus Galveston (a.k.a. "Big" Yuri)

Emperor the V Yuri was one of, if not the, greatest and most influential emperors in Solarian History. After the reign of Emperor the I Johnathan ended, many saw the following emperors as simply resting on their laurels. And while the emperors in this time had legal ownership of Solara, not much effort was put into it's legal systems in favor of accumulating wealth and using mercenaries to keep order. When Yuri Mills became Emperor through trial by combat and was inaugurated, three different uprising conflicts broke out. after one year, two of the uprisings had been completely neutralized and the third would follow two months afterwards.
