Lokian, The Everflame

The living embodiment of flame, a god of an artist's chaotic, unbridled passion. Lokain is the Primal God of Fire, ruling not just fire but motion, transformation and creation. He was the first artist, the first to create something out of the scattered elements The Other had tossed aside rather then pull something from the God Storm. Collecting stars, earth and spheres of water, he smashed them together a fury never before seen. This Great Fission confused The Other, why would he take that they saw no value in. But Anthr, The Lord of Stars was enthralled by the act. Unable to look away as Lokain spun and shifted matter in a whirling spiral, pieces begun to fly from his hands. Lokain panicked as this work begun to slip from his control. More chunks spun out, caught in his motion as the circled around him.   Throne World: The Smoke

Divine Domains

Lokian is the first and truest embodiment of fire. He is a master of the infinite cycle of creation and destruction.   The Domain of the Forge is the side of Lokian that focuses on creation. Disciples of this aspect of the Everflame are thought to mostly be smiths. This could not be further from the truth. Painters, sculptors, dancers, poets, singers and musician all can claim his inspiration and favor as he takes delight in their works.   But fire is a contradiction and so is Lokian. He takes just as much joy in destruction. The Domain of War when the fire god is concerned is not combat but wholesale devastation, scorched earth and rampant wildfires. When the old are cleared away, new creations and ideas can spring up. He would rather lay the world to ruin then let it grow still.   Light
