Lesser-known deity and powering force of the realm. Master of the arcane. His existence is known to the Arcane Order and the Voidwalkers.
Was the original Silent One until they threw a coup and stuck him in the Outerrealm where he is essentially stuck in a cage.
He is the one that bridges the gap between different worlds for Fell Stars.
Wanted a new world and he was thrown into a new Slaitoraph where people were beginning to first civilize. His arrival created the Arcane system, which is a sort of fine layer of energy from the Outerrealm. He is a sort of irrigation channel between the Outerrealm's energy and the physical realm of Slaitoraph/Pharostial.

With him, he brought the Arcane into the world but left to the Aether so he doesn't overload the realm with his constant output of Arcane energy. He watched over the people from above from there for a good chunk of time.
