Simulacra City Users don't have a need for programmed traditional family leisures. Since they spend most of their time connected to the NETWORK, they live and percieve a very fragmented vision of the family. Personal boundaries are not based on blood but on common interest. Users have conquered their genes, they can even re-desing them so relatives are almost meaningless in Simulacra culture. The need for vacation is met and satisfied on a daily bases by users with NETWORK services which often involve simulation. BTW, people seek to make a journey after special moments of their life like marriage, graduation or a loss. There is even people that met and decided to marry inside the NETWORK and find themselves physically for the first time inside the Mooncity Train Hotel! This is a special luxury cruise that thake users from Terra Planet and make them travel around the moon! The Moonrail is attached by a strong cable and its wagons are literally mini-hotel suits with all comforts! If you are on a budget you can even purchase a slot on the cable and attach your pressurized veichle, van or caravan and make the journey with that.  Actually landing on the Moon is very, very expensive and almost only Engineers from the Simulacrum have enough credits to afford that. The journey takes almost 200 hours and takes you actually very close (50 km) to the mooncity terrace so that you can admire the famous Luna gardens which host now Terra-extincted vegetation and fauna. For users that can actually afford, landing on the moon is a very tasty experience. Luna people is very unique from any other culture or ethnicity on Terra. They have a very different approach on technology, which is controlled and distributed by a centralized government and sometimes even patented or banned. They also have a very different approach on NETWORK which is allowed only to bots and A.I. and to servants which are present in abundance and have their bill of rights. They can even partecipate in social discussion, since Lunar Government is a Democracy and not a D.A.O. Once on Mooncity you can visit the various religious shrines or the terrace gardens where they cultivate O.G.M. that have genes derived from ancient terrestrial plants! And even go to the zoo and see fauna of now-extincted animals or holograms of them. Once inside the terrace you can watch the skydome of Mooncity where you can have a coffee and observe the fluctating white clouds of the fake atmosphere.
