Akali

The Akali peoples are those descended from the Akali tribes. They generally speak Akalic languages, descended from Classical Akalix. The Akali people were originally one of the five great Pasan tribes, but traveled south as a group because of the threat of war between the tribes, brought about by the quickly spreading Emisian culture. They settled in what is now known as the Akate, and founded a city there. From that city came the Akali Empire, which spanned much of the western coast of Katiin until its collapse.
