Campaign Player Overview

This campaign is set in its own world and not in a standard setting so it has lots of setting specifics and we will be using number of optional rules and setting specific cultures/races that must be taken into consideration when making characters and adventuring (see Campaign Setting Rules). The campaign will be set on the continent of Kelia on the world of Aondair, one of a pair of binary planets that float within the Eternal Sea. The characters are to be made using the information in the Races, Classes and Backgrounds sections of character creation. The character's starting equipment, gold and items are determined from the character's class and background not rolled. House rules for this campaign are listed here: Campaign Setting Rules.

For additional information also see the Character Creation and Equipment sections on the main page.   Note: The section below is estimated and mostly so B doesn't get to tetchy about railroads. The number of sessions for each section depends on what the characters do and how quickly or slowly they go about adventuring.  

Chapter I

 

Levels 1 to 3 (2-4 sessions)

This is a completely linear section of the campaign to get the party together, get everyone into playing their characters, get the lay of the land and have their first adventure.  

Levels 4 to 5/6 (4-6 sessions)

This section of the campaign is more open and only semi-linear. The characters are given the directions to finish their quest and sent on their way, how they do it is up to them.  

Chapter II


Levels 5/6 to 9 (6 to 10 sessions)

This section of the campaign is almost completely open sandbox and the characters are given only clues and possible leads to find their way.
