• Distributing gifts and other rewards to his retainers and other supporters

• Diplomacy with foreign polities

• Ensuring peace within kingdom

• Tribute from Jarls, etc.

• Prestige/fame

• Can rely on the military support of the Jarzs of his kingdom in his wars/feuds

Grounds for Removal/Dismissal

Cowardice, egregiously waste of infrastructure resources.

A vote in the Alting of at least two-thirds majority.
