The Howling Plains are a vast stretch of steppe grassland with hot summers and cold winters, dry year round with strong winds. The Itān are practitioners of animal husbandry, and mostly live off the animals they rear. Known for their prowess in riding and archery, the Itān are a vivid peoples who live in the here and now.
