Karatan Ocean

The Karatan Ocean wraps around the northern and northwestern coastlines of the continent Alatheia. It stretches far to the north where it meets the icy archipelago of Commera. To the west it merges into the Shimmering Sea that separates Alatheia from the strange magicless realm of Alassaie. Fishing is plentiful in the Karatan Ocean and the sea's bounty provides much of the basic sustenance for inhabitants of the Broken Coast.
