Leader of the Crimson Claw Gang

Shortly after Urubia declared herself the Crimson Queen of Redmond, Lictor staged a coup within the Crimson Crush gang. Renaming it the Crimson Claw, they became the dragon’s peacekeepers. Lictor seems more cordial than one would expect of a gang leader, often acting as the dragon’s voice in the urban wastes. The satyr always keeps himself presentable, although his goat legs are so furry that he is long past seeing the need for pants. When he speaks, you see the whipping of his long snake-like tongue licking between his tusks. This would leave one to imagine that his name is spelled very differently and not with its origins as a protector of ancient Roman leaders.
