A seemingly kind and clean man who devotes his time to feeding the barrens from the Brotherhood food pantry in the Barrens. He gave the runners safe haven while being pursued by gangers, and in return asked that they deliver a package to another UB temple. The package broke open in the fighting that ensued, and they discovered it contained the rotting hand of a SINless human. They neatly repackaged it and agreed to pretend they hadn’t seen anything. He was later killed by an EvoSec blackout team during a ruse the shadowrunners were playing to screw a tsar and save a corgi… long story.
