A coup is launched for control of Del Cora, but fails after a city-wide battle.

[name forgotten] launched a coup in Corasfal, seeking to take control of Del Cora and force the country to launch an all-out invasion on Yari. An army Del Coran Orcs, provided by loyalist members of the military and led by a party of adventurers attacked the city, dropping pandemonium chloride from a stolen airship to burn a path to the peak of the capital. They were able to successfully defeat the coup, but the city - already decimated from the earlier collapse of the upper city - was devastated by the conflict.   The conflict triggered the Yari sleeper agents, some of which joined the battle in the capital while others ravaged the countryside. This action began the final conflict between Yari and Del Cora. The agents were eventually dispatched, but by then both sides had committed to victory or death. The global situation careened out of control towards a disastrous conclusion.
