Tufa
Basic Information
Anatomy
Tufa have a chameleon-like head, with a large, swooping crest and two independently-controlled eyes on either side. Their chest and abdomen are humanoid, having two arms and covered in smooth skin. The bottom third of the body is almost completely boneless, instead consisting of an intricate system of muscles and nerves to make a jellyfish or "skirt" shape. This allows them to control their movements within the winds of the Great Storm.
Dietary Needs and Habits
The diet of a tufa mostly consists of small insects, which lead to them being domesticated as pest hunters.
Additional Information
Domestication
Domesticated tufa are usually larger and more brightly colored then their wild counterparts, coming in shades of bright green and blue as well as the wild colors, and having eyes in shades of gold and purple.
