Amitian Supernatural Council (ˈæ.mɪ.ʃ(j)ən)

Structure
Run by the Matriarchs and Patriarchs of the local supernatural families/households collectively.
Culture
Very close-knit and community-oriented; so much so that supernaturals from places where their human counterparts are at each other's throats are often on much more civil or even good terms.
As for their attitude towards humans, they're most worried about how their children might be affected by them. For example, it can be difficult to love yourself when most of the imagery you see of people like you is either terrifying or basically a joke. So, to combat what supernatural youth see of themselves in human depictions, the council tries to ensure that their environment is as positive and nurturing as possible, even as they hide their magical powers and so on for safety reasons; they're also to be taught that their powers and so on do not make them better than humans as might be gleaned from observing those who see supernaturals as deities. Both self-loathing and human-resenting paths have been known to result in tragedies for humans and supernaturals alike, in large part due to magic being heavily linked to a supernatural's emotions.
History
Supernatural councils the world over formed in response to human attitudes towards supernaturals. The vast majority of supernaturals do not trust people who see them as monsters, deities, and so on due entirely to things they were born with that are as natural as breathing for them to treat them fairly (if you wonder how being seen as a deity would cause unfair treatment, consider incidents where supernatural criminals could get away with crimes because humans think they “can't/shouldn't interfere with the affairs of the gods”), so they formed their own governments to deal exclusively with magic-related matters. Human governments are expected to be treated as the primary governments and their laws to be respected.
Technological Level
Ahead of the Amitian City-State's, thanks entirely to integration of magic into technology.
Agriculture & Industry
Thanks to a decently large population of people with strengths in positive organic (a.k.a. “life,” “nature,” or “healing”) magic attracted to Amity City in large part by the Amitian City-State's renowned Science Consortium, supernatural Amitians are well-known for their produce production, zoological and medical expertise, and so on.
The smaller but still substantial population of positive earth (a.k.a. “tech” or “metal”) magic wielders, equally as attracted to the Amitian Science Consortium as the organic magic wielders, are also well-known among supernaturals.
Education
All members of the community are expected to be involved in teaching the next generation how to properly control their magic. If you can't teach your child how to use the magitype(s) they're strongest in, whoever in closest proximity can is expected to assist.
Infrastructure
Mostly dependent upon the Amitian City-State's. Their magic is the main thing they have that the Amiśyen City-State does not; depending on the magitypes of the citizens at any given time, this can make them invaluable allies or formidable foes in numerous different areas.

Magic, be it performance of magical labor, trading enchanted items, sharing magical knowledge, or manifesting a bit of one's magic into a solid form that can be broken open to be used later. Value and so on is discussed between those performing the transaction, though there are a few standards (e.g., everyone knows that some types of golem/homunculi are more difficult to enchant than others, so some are considered more valuable).
Legislative Body
Regular citizens are usually the ones who pen new laws and petition amendments to old ones; these are then voted on by the Matriarchs and Patriarchs.
Judicial Body
The Matriarchs and Patriarchs are the ones who carry out the trials of supernatural criminals.
Executive Body
Citizen's arrests are what bring supernatural criminals to justice.
