Fiafra

The capital of Hims, settled in existing infrastructure around the only PSG on the continent in the caldera of a long dormant volcano. The PSG is located on the edge of the largest pre-scream ruin on Uman; a massive city left completely abandoned during the course of the silence.
Fiafra itself is a relatively poor settlement. Its eight hundred thousand residents manage to maintain a stable economy based on salvaging the Umanian ruins, as well as advanced technical knowledge.
