History

After the end of the first Terran war, the rediscovery of the Yates - Sanderson drive on an abandoned survey ship in the galactic core allowed Humanity to regain it's place a galactic power, unfortunately the end part of the nameplate was damaged, leading to the belief that Barry Yates Created the drive by himself, an error that has continued to the current day.

Divine Origins

The Religion was founded by a descendent of Barry Yates who's name has since been lost to the religion, but started it very differently. The unknown creator attempted to sell his find, only for the Terran union to demand he release it free to the market, some of his engineers stayed on after his death and morphed the business into a charity for uplifting the poor, over time this emerged into it's own religion.

Tenets of Faith

1. All members of the faith must do whatever in their power to uplift humanity
2. No human must be left in the dark while others flourish
