Article 1
The present treaty applies to treaties between Kingdoms:Article 2
There shall be a firm, inviolable and universal peace, and a true and sincere friendship between the Kingdoms; and the subjects; and between the countries, islands, cities and towns, sutuate under the jurisdiction of the mentioned Kingdowns. And the people and inhabitants of every degree, without exception of persons or places; and the terms herinafter mentioned shall be perpetual.Article 2
The host kingdom at any time and for any reason can declare a particular member of the diplomatic staff to be persona non grata. The sending state must recall this person within a reasonable period of time, or otherwise this person may lose their diplomatic immunity. Diplomats must not be liable to any form of arrest or detention. They are immune from civil or criminal prosecution, though the sending country may waive this right. A person is considered as representing a Kingdom for the purpose of adopting or authenticating the text of a treaty or for the purpose of expressing the consent of the State to be bound by a treaty if:- he produces appropriate full power; or
- it appears from the practice of the Kingdom concerned or from other circumstances that their intention was to consider that person as representing the Kingdom for such purposes and to dispense with full powers.
Article 3
If war should break out between one party and another, a neutral council shall make it a common cause and aid each other mutually with their good offices, their consels and their forces, according to the exigence of conjuctrures, as become good and faithful allies.Remove these ads.
