St. Mildred

The bustling capital of the civilised peoples of Nojpetén.
It is surrounded by thick grey stone walls, protecting the city and surrounding farmland from attack. Another set of walls surrounds the city proper, but the numerous gates are typically open, and bustling with traders, farmers and other less savoury types.
The city is divided into six districts:

• The Mercantile District
• The University District
• The Officer's District
• The Waterfront District
• The District of Light
• The District of Industry

At the centre of the city, towering over the central market square sits the Freehold. It is the centre of government for St. Mildred and the surrounding region.

Government

St. Mildred is an anarchist society, presided over by a council of peers, selected by local committees which represent the districts of the city, as well as from the protectorates belonging to St. Mildred
