The Wizard
The Wizard sits atop the Tower of Meropis and rules the city from it. It is unknown exactly how old he is, some say he even predates the Sundering that shook the world ages ago. He is rarely seen outside of the Grand Council of Meropis, except by the leaders of the world and yearly during the ritual during which children receive their tomes.
Tales vary on the extent of his power, but he is infamously credited with creating a spell that wiped out an entire district in a matter of seconds.
