When you reach sexual maturity, you go before he Counsel of Elder Queens, and they vote for what job you will preform. Be it Hunting, Gathering, or Building.

Funerary and Memorial customs

At the end of each month, all dead bodies are gathered together, and burned in a massive celebration of the dead.

They are a largly Matriarchal socioty, ruled by a counsel of wise elder Queens. Both men and woman are part of the workforce, and the Worker's Counsel.
