Those Who Praise the Earth

A vengeful people, pale and blind, ancestors of the Surface Dwellers. They were the ones who stayed, hateful of the Sun and Sky for the Great Heat, disregarding their gifts and forever staying with the Earth. They hold one ethnicity, one culture based around their love for the Earth and their hate for anything above the surface. Skilled in the ways of forging metals into weapons and tools, they are a force to be reckoned with. While they know it is against their religions and moral codes for the Surface Dwellers to ever travel below the surface, many say they are too scared of the dark or of their fate if the Cave Dwellers ever find them.

Basic Information

Anatomy

Their anatomy is the same as humans, i.e. two arms, two legs, a head, and so on. However, they are more built than most modern-day humans.

Genetics and Reproduction

Like humanity, reproduction is sexual consisting of a man and woman. As well, the gestation period is, on average, nine months.

Growth Rate & Stages

They grow the same as humans, yet ate able to speak to their own divine messengers as five years of age and develop their divine abilities at the age of ten.
