The Crystal Atoll
The Crystal Atoll is a magnificent archipelago of small islands around 300 miles north of the bay of Vrotan. There are three main island masses, the southernmost island and largest island is Glittergleam. The smallest island lying northeast of Glittergleam is Braceshire. The last island, lying just north of Glittergleam isle is Orthera. The islands are inhabited by druids and nature types of the sort. The waters off the coast of these islands are inhabited by merfolk.
Geography
The island is a beautiful nearly untouched mass of islands. There are three major islands where the druids live and meet together en masse.
Glittergleam
The first and main island is Glittergleam. This island is a magnificent island covered with dense green tropical jungles, and the sky is adorned with floating crystals. It is about 20 miles big in square feet. There is a commune of druids right off of the southern shore. The commune has a trader, and a fishing port that is filled with small wooden canoes. On occasion, merfolk will surface on the southern shore and trade with the druids here.Braceshire
Braceshire is an island that curls around Glittergleam, detached from it in the northeast. This island is geographically the same as Glittergleam. Small cabins, huts, and camps can be found adorning the island.Orthera
Orthera is an uninhabited island, with monsters and animals roaming it. Druid's have left this island alone for the most part so that the ecosystem can remain balanced here and animals can live freely. It has the same geography as the rest of the islands, only monsters roam here.Fauna & Flora
All islands are filled with lush green tropical plants. There are of course sandy coasts as well as well as jungles every now and then on each island. Occasionally, the crystals which float in the sky lose their power and come crashing to the ground, littering what little remaining power that resides in them throughout the land around it, causing rapid growth in the landscape around them.
Natural Resources
Crystals float all around this island, above the trees, barely above the ground, all over the place. These crystals are magical and allow the flora to grow extremely healthy here, thus making it a hub for druids and nature lovers alike. These crystals occasionally fall to the ground as their power dwindles over time, but more crystals form in the air again over time due to the rain counteracting with minerals underneath the islands. These crystals that fall to the ground are then harvested and used to boost the nature spells of the druids on the island.
The Island is filled with trees and plants. Plant fibres and wood is abundant, but it is generally frowned upon by the druids to take anything unless absolutely needed, like their houses.
