The House of Ten Laws
The House of Ten Laws is both the name of the physical temple to all of the Imperial Pantheon and the meeting place of the gods, that connects their respective realms. Guarded by the Sphinx Guard on Sanctum and by actual sphinxes in the Outer Planes, the House of Ten Laws governs both the universe and the Ulasian Empite.
