Hasseran Nobility
The Hasseran Nobility is a loose alliance of feudal lords that represent tribal entities under their protection and all swear fealty to the monarch known as the Witch Queen of Ira.
The Nobility consist of the Countess, a fiendish ruler who handles border security, the Storm Warden who handles trade and security on the Gulf of Galti, the Warlord Keshawn of the Hobgoblin Clan Tozares and the Emissary, an inter-planar entity that claims no lands but a certain influence over all the outworld presence in Hassera.
All of these entities act independently until called upon by the Witch Queen
Territories
The Hasseran Nobility controls the Sovreignty of Hassera and, although their roster has changed over the past 800 years, they have not lost or gained much in the way of territory.
Military
Besides their Honor Guard, the Nobility relies on tribal chieftains to raise warriors and spell-casters that can be called upon to defend or raid in their names.
Religion
No religion is forbidden in Hassera. Open worship of deities such as Xermos, god of Magic and Chaos is accepted as well as entire tribes being devout demon cultists
Foreign Relations
Foreign Relations are mostly Non-Existant without intermediaries like the Leviathan Syndicate and even then, merchants who trade with Hassera get strange and eclectic reputations
