Bixi

Pronounced Buy-Chi, these Dragon Turtles have their ancestral home in the Bay of Bixi and have been recently convinced to assist the Bixi Syndicate in their shipping guild. Formerly, the Bixi Dragon Turtles would destroy passing vessels and raided Reef Council Villages within the bay but now they are coerced by the Leviathan Syndicate by offering them the most precious treasure, memories.
After being summoned to the shore by large horns, the Leviathan Syndicate has to provide a suitable memory for the Bixi to take from either the Captain or one of the passengers in order for the Bixi to assist them in their safe travels.
