Greenmeadow Adventurers Guild G.A.C

G.A.C has been a mainstay in guild circles for multiple centuries now. They began as a small group, a singular adventuring party doing their best in the world to make money by slaying monsters and, hopefully, leaving the world a better place behind them. They were catapaulted into fame when, by chance or design, their adventures brought them into contact with an entity known only as The Angel of Avarice. This creature was once a benevolent entity from one of the many rifts that dotted the landscape. After too many years inside the dangerous Shaytan Rift Region it had become corrupted by the place and was spreading the corruption far and wide on blackened wings.

The adventurer's where uncharacteristically subdued after their defeat of the angel but their fame grew nonetheless and when they reached an age the group retired but invested their accumulated fortune into G.A.C This group gathered fledgling adventurer's to them and armed them with knowledge and quality weapons before sending them out into the world. After the first territory dispute between two affiliated groups they started assigning specific territories to them and by the time their first five years as a guild was over they have almost seventy territories across the various regions.

Nowadays adventuring is big business for them and G.A.C has new applicants every day of varying calbire. The guild is a lot more selective and thanks to bargains with the various governing bodies in their territories it is becoming increasingly hard to be an adventurer without your guild certification. City guards will arrest you for dangerous conduct. Wildlife groups will block your travel as you hunt endangered creatures. Criminal underworlds will steal your equipment out from under you. Unless you have your license of course.
