Automaton

There hasn't been a day where Automatons were not an intricate part of RUIN's society. From soldiers to workers these servient machines have been the moving parts keeping RUIN alive and moving. Each Automaton has a specific part of it's construction that makes it unique, that being the Mana Core. Without a Core an Automaton cannot function meaning that most Automatons built for common work have their Core exposed for the convenience of transport and as a simple method for deactivation by removing the Core from the Automaton. Military Automatons are a surprisingly unpopular opinion—they're too expensive to make and have limited reaction speed meaning that they'd normally only be useful as an expensive fodder. Business and households alike house Automatons as housekeepers and to automate the buying and selling of goods and services.
