Era beginning/end

The story of how the first six Canlesiz were created, how they created a spoken language, and how they created the first settlements on the planet.

When the world was formed, there were six flowers of different colors - red, blue, yellow, green, orange, and purple. They had yet to bloom, but had large petals and leaves that would tower over any grown Canlesiz. After six days, the flowers bloomed, revealing six fully grown Canlesiz, each with eyes the color of the flower they had bloomed from. The six Canlesiz were confused and scared, both of each other and the world around them. Their species, however, was intelligent from blooming, and they soon calmed down. The six managed to create a small shelter, some clothing, and gather enough fruit to sustain themselves.   They all knew they needed a way to communicate with each other without just pointing or gesturing at what they were talking about, so the Canlesiz sat down and started slowly working out the language of the land. Although the language has developed over the years, the core of it has remained the same all this time.   Now that they were able to talk to each other, the Canlesiz became immensely more productive, creating a small shack out of the nearby materials. However, they were unsatisfied. The land close to them had what they needed to survive for a while, but it wouldn't sustain them in the long run. So, the group sent out half of its members to explore the land farther, armed with weapons and food for the journey. After a single day's journey, they happened upon a large expanse of land, surrounded by towering stone walls that were falling into disrepair and covered with vines.   The group decided to scale the wall, and as soon as the first Canles - the one with yellow eyes - landed on the ground below, the entire section of land lit up with bright yellow light. The Canles was lifted into the air, surrounded by light, and when they were placed down, they felt immensely more powerful. They put on a riveting show of swirling golden water, just to see what they could do. The other two were fascinated, and wondered how they could make such a thing happen somewhere else. However, the yellow-eyed Canles wanted to stay and develop it, so the other two supplied them with a few rations before moving on their way.   Eventually they reached another area, similar to the one before, but this one was surrounded by a taller wall, made of limestone and much stronger-looking than the other one. The two Canlesiz debated for a while who should get claim to this land, and they decided that the Canles with green eyes should rule over it. The Canles scaled the wall and, once again, the land lit up, this time in a bright green light. Plants and flowers sprouted from the ground around the Canles as they were filled with new power.   The blue-eyed Canles left on their own after the other one very rudely kicked them out of the confines of the wall. First, they explored on their own, finally finding their own piece of land, which was bordered with less of a wall and more of a circle of large rocks. The land lit up with blue light, and the Canles spurted blue fire at rocks, enjoying their new power. But they, unlike the other two, were still concerned about the others. So, after setting up a small camp in the center of the land, they headed off, back towards the original settlement.   When they arrived, the other Canlesiz happily accepted them back into the group, and they gathered around a campfire to hear the story of the journey. After hearing about how they could have their own land, the four Canlesiz set off again, abandoning their original settlement in favor of the prospect of newer, larger ones. They greeted the other two land-owning Canlesiz, who seemed to be doing well, before the three ones without land found their own territories.   Once every few days, the Canlesiz would return to the original settlement to talk about what they were building and how their settlement was progressing. In this time, they also decided names for themselves - the blue-eyed one was Scoon, the red-eyed one was Fril, the yellow-eyed one was Aza, the green-eyed one was Onde, the orange-eyed one was Ito, and the purple-eyed one was Sala.   And so, the six original Canlesiz began to form their own settlements from the ground up.
