Doomfort Lab

Rumors circulate about a secret prewar weapon that was still in development when the spells fell. A mighty fortress capable of flying from city to city, dropping devastating spells from its wizard tower. Such a weapon was perhaps made obsolete on the surface by the discovery of intercontinental spellcasting, but perhaps in the caverns of the Underdark, one could use such a weapon to reign supreme. Or a shrewd wizard could hold all the faiths of the multiverse hostage by threatening Alakezan's Beacon. Though they deny it endlessly, every major faction sends agents on dangerous missions to the ruined cities of the surface, looking for the whereabouts of the Doomfort Lab.
