Shrine of Dexterity

The Shrine of Dexterity monolith is located in the southern region of Sendua, and was formerly overseen by the Orc Nation prior to the Shattering. However, dwarves quickly seized the monolith as the orc nation scrambled to reorient post-Shattering. Today, the monolith is off-limits to anyone without explicit invitation by the dwarves.
