Giria Council of Elders

The Giria Council of Elders is a neutral lawmaking body represented by each race in all of Rivania. The council meets regularly to discuss global and regional happenings and is the first stop when legal matters arise. Only when the Giria Council cannot solve a matter does a legal issue elevate to the Elven Council.
