Forgotten Plague

The Forgotten Plague has emerged several times throughout history, but most notably in 1546 P.S., 457 A.S., and 3327 A.S.
The Forgotten Plague has an R0 value of 4, is transmitted through water, is not detectable through any conventional means until the symptoms start to show, and has a lifespan of two weeks over which it will cause the infected to experience progressive memory loss that eventually leads them to forget how to breathe. The progression of the plague is unpredictable - some start to experience memory issues immediately, whereas others don't face any memory loss until their vital systems start to fail.
The only cure for the plague is a concoction of:

• Astaganian Midnight Blossom x 3
• Bark of a Blue Conifer x 1
• Palladium untouched by the sun x 1

Once a concoction is mixed, the antidote is stable and can be duplicated by the Elven High Council.
