Severin

Severin is the apparent leader of a cult dedicated to bringing Tiamat back into the world. He's doing so by collecting five magical dragon masks and taking them to the Well of Dragons to perform some type of ritual. The only information the group has on him at the moment is what they learned from talking with Varram the White.
