Varram the White

Dwarf male who was rumored to be heading to the Serpent Hills. Information on him came from the Harper Leosin Erlanthar at the council of Waterdeep. He is either rumored to be seeking a dragon mask or has information on one, or stolen one. The group is unsure of which. He was recently found in a temple/dungeon area about to be murdered by a Yuan-ti priestess.
