Tirdana

The city-state of Tirdana is located about two hundred miles east of the Maw of Ataramakaris along the Mouth, the name given to the road surrounding Fang Wood. Though a Duke claims official sovereignty over Tirdana, the de factor ruler is Dragonspeaker Vili, a powerful scion of Ataramakaris who leads a large congregation of Dragon-kissed and laymen in the city. Tirdana is a trade-hub, a melting-pot of different cultures and peoples; the Dvergar of Mithril Gate have a strong hold on the economy, while known agents of the Brotherhood of the Fang have control of the tanneries and lumber mills. Outlying farms see occasional attacks from particularly brave Fangs, but otherwise, the city is not directly threatened, despite being near to the wood. Tirdana’s major exports are wood and sap; it’s an open secret that no small amount of this trade fattens the coffers of the Fang, though no one is willing to mention this to the Duke.
