Artifacts

Created and left behind by the Titans, these artifacts provide bonuses to skills. They require a Scholarship check to see what the perk is. The bonuses are inherent properties of the items.
The rare Artifacts are coveted items that are priceless. Made by Titans with technology now lost, Artifacts have unique powers and properties. Often they become family heirlooms or part of royal treasuries. War Fans of the Sun and Moon are the most famous example. These gem studded fans are passed to each new ruler of Awane and are rumored to make the bearer invulnerable in battle.
